For programme walks, please ring or e-mail to confirm places are available. £10 deposit with booking and the remainder two weeks before the date of the walk. Refunds given in full if the day has to be cancelled due to inclement weather. For 'you choose' walks the booking arrangements are flexible to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss further.

For prorgramme walks, if the weather forecast for the day is bad, we will adapt the timetable for the day to allow for a mix of walking and indoor sessions. We will only cancel in the event of very extreme weather. For 'you choose' walks, it is your decision as to whether the walk takes place or not on the chosen day. It can always be rescheduled, subject to walk leader availability.
