Talking Walks in the North Cotswolds

Join a Talking Walk and you will discover there is more to walking ...

Mid-Week Meanders with Talking Walks are half day walks dedicated to introducing walkers to the hidden beauty of our countryside through a greater understanding of its landscape history. All our walks are especially chosen for their landscape interest; including ancient tracks, Neolithic burial sites, iron age forts, churches, deserted villages, ruins and ancient woodland, to mention just a few of the topics we talk about. We take time to stop and explain and answer questions like How? Why? and When?

The walks are graded from easy to strenuous. Each walk lasts between 2 to 3 hours and covers distances from 3 to 6 miles. Walks are on Wednesday mornings starting at 10.00 or 10.30. Repeat walks on Thursday if sufficient numbers. We can also offer these walks on other days and dates to suit you, please enquire.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to join us on certain walks.

Charge is £5/person and includes expert guide and a brief information sheet.

Booking essential, please ring 01608 641 839/ 07747775503 or email info@talkingwalks.co.uk to book a place and receive instructions on the exact starting place.
